What we collect

Your name, property address and postcode, email, phone number, project details, your desired start timeframe, enquiry preference, any description, and any plans, photographs or structural calculations you upload.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to review your plans, prepare a quotation, and arrange a site visit if you ask for one. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent. We do not use your details for marketing or sell them. Our hosting provider processes the information on our behalf.

How it is stored

Information is stored securely with our hosting provider. Files are kept in private storage that only authorised staff of Graham Middleton Master Builder Limited can access after signing in.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing gmiggy@gmx.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
