A single-storey side extension creating a new kitchen and utility space, finished with anthracite aluminium doors and a monocouche render. The existing garage was converted into a fitted utility room.

A single-storey rear extension with a pitched tiled roof and anthracite bifold doors, opening onto a new porcelain patio. Inside, a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space finished with dark shaker cabinets, a stone island, and vaulted ceilings with skylights.

A substantial side and rear double extension combining a rubber flat roof with huge sliding glass doors, opening the living space into the garden. The new space accommodates a fitted kitchen, utility room, home office, and cinema room, all kept warm with underfloor heating and bright with flat roof lights. The exterior is finished with a clean monocouche render.

A single-storey stone snug room extension with a pitched tiled roof, blending seamlessly into the existing stonework. White aluminium bifold doors open onto a new porcelain patio, enclosed by a hand-built stone retaining wall with matching capping stones.

A double-storey side extension adding a new upstairs bathroom and a downstairs lobby with integrated utility space. The ground floor features herringbone flooring throughout, while the exterior is finished with a monocouche render, a stone canopy over the entrance, and hand-built stone steps rising to a new stone retaining wall.

A spacious dormer loft conversion creating a master bedroom suite with exposed oak beams, Velux windows, and a walk-in wardrobe.

A garage converted into a dedicated games room, complete with a full-size pool table, bar seating, and ambient lighting — creating the perfect entertaining space.

A bespoke media wall with a recessed TV, integrated electric fireplace, and fluted display alcoves with warm feature lighting — transforming a living room into a striking focal point.
Conversion · Leeds
A full conversion of an old bank into seven high-specification apartments. Each flat features a fitted kitchen, tiled bathroom, underfloor heating, and fitted wardrobes. A shared communal staircase was built from solid oak with a glass balustrade over tiled flooring. Externally, the entire building was brick-slipped and fitted with new windows and doors.

A single-storey rear extension designed to create a comfortable bedroom and a fully fitted disabled wet-room en-suite. The build is finished with a clean monocouche render, includes a wheelchair access ramp, and features laminate flooring, full decoration, heating, and spotlights throughout.

Inside, a fully fitted navy shaker kitchen with a stone-topped island sits on herringbone flooring, opening into a bright dining and living space. All structural works, electrics, plumbing, and decoration completed in-house.
